In the 1950s, The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ coined the phrase, “Go Texan” in honor of the annual celebration of Western heritage that has brought Texans together since the rodeo event was first held in the 1930s. This year, the exclusive retreat, The Inn at Dos Brisas, situated just outside of Houston, wants guests to “Go Texan” with a luxury deal of a lifetime! The Inn will feature a special Rodeo Days package throughout the rodeo, March 2-22, 2010, which allows The Inn at Dos Brisas’ guests to experience the uniquely Texas lifestyle. 

A special perk with your stay at The Inn at Dos Brisas is that you will enjoy the ultimate connection in action packed seats. In Reliant Stadium, you will be one of the select few in the luxury private sky box – in true Texas style – feasting on good ole’ Texas  BBQ and other savory treats and shaking hands or swapping tales with true cowboys performing in the rodeo.  But there’s more to the rodeo than just bull riding and calf roping. At night the rodeo lassoes the stars – some of country music’s biggest names including Rascal Flatts and Dierks Bentley, to the big stage to give Texas sized concerts. Day two of the package, guests really get to “Go Texan” when they saddle up western style for horseback riding with a professional wrangler in the two acres indoor arena and along groomed trails at The Inn at Dos Brisas.

Weeknight Package: Sunday- Wednesday, $795 per night* [2 night minimum]

Weekend Package: Thursday- Saturday, $975 per night* [2 night minimum]

Package Includes*:         First Day- Breakfast and Lunch at the Inn; Horseback Riding or Skeet Shooting

Second Day- Breakfast at the Inn, Day and Evening Rodeo/Concert Sky Box passes with complimentary food and beverage; Parking Pass for Reliant Stadium

*Packages are based on double occupancy. Additional offerings include chauffeured car service to and from the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and picnic dinners, available Mondays through Wednesdays, which may incur additional costs. Supplemental alcohol, taxes and gratuity not included.
