PassionFish is a twenty-first century rendition of Passion Food Hospitality’s first restaurant, DC Coast, taking its tri-coastal seafood theme to a global level. The menu and food concept are driven by nationally-recognized chef Jeff Tunks, whose ‘passion’ lies in sourcing a premier selection of seafood for his establishments. With a cultivated palate based on his 25-years experience in the kitchen, Tunks continues to present surprising and creative choices on an ever-changing seasonal basis. The cuisine of PassionFish represents the bounty of the world's oceans, lakes, seas, and waterways, reflecting the flavors and natural resources of Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Mediterranean. The dishes feature a vast array of fresh seafood and distinctive flavors, prepared simply and elegantly.
Wine
The wine list at PassionFish offers a unique and eclectic assortment of Old and New World styles from around the globe. To complement the menu, the wine list includes a wide selection of high acid white wines.
Venue
Located in the popular Reston Town Center, 40-minutes from downtown Washington, DC, PassionFish is prominently positioned on the corner of Democracy Drive and Explorer Street in the southwest corner of the office building that encompasses the entire block. The décor is anchored by an impressive chilled seafood station in the center of the main dining room juxtaposed by a dramatic “floating” glass staircase accentuating the contemporary setting. Floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate the grand dining area, offering views of passers-by and the tranquil community park.
Seating Capacity
approximately 200 seats in the dining room, with an additional 50 in The River Room (available for private dining), 24 seats at the bar, and 50 on the patio (open only in warm months)
Banquet Facilities
The River Room and the restaurant’s balcony present private sanctuaries with windows and each can accommodate parties of 50 seated or 85 standing. The entire restaurant is available for parties as large as 500 guests.
Dress Code
PassionFish’s dress code is business casual. Tank tops and baseball hats are not acceptable.

Payment
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. Passion Food Hospitality gift cards are also welcome. Personal checks are not accepted.
Gift Cards
Available in all denominations, gift cards can be ordered in person (card must be presented), through our website, or by fax. To order by fax, the following information is required:
Letter of intent (amount and name)
Credit card number with expiration date and security code
Photocopy of credit card
Signature of cardholder
Address to mail receipt (and address for certificate, if different)
Parking and Directions
PassionFish is located just off of the Dulles Toll Road (route 267) exit for Reston Parkway in Reston Town Center. From Reston Parkway, turn onto Bluemont Way, heading west into Reston Town Center. Continue for three blocks and turn right onto Explorer Street. PassionFish is directly in front of you on the corner of Explorer Street and Democracy Drive. As you turn onto Explorer Street from Bluemont Way, there is a complimentary parking garage immediately on your right. If parking in this location, take the elevator to P1 and the restaurant will be directly across the street as you exit the elevator. Additional complimentary parking is available in other parking garages and surface lots at Reston Town Center; limited street parking is available.
